Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description:
Our company specializes in commercial construction for medical, institutional, and municipal buildings as well as other commercial buildings. We build medical and office spaces functional and attractive so that our clients can succeed in their businesses, and we’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities that allow him or her to take control of a project and produce results. He or she will spend most of their time in the field and some time in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily reports and jobsite logs
- Coordinate between subcontractors
- Coordinate all construction activities
- Maintain construction schedule and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage and coordinate work activites for field labor
Experience: The applicant must have
- Minimum five years experience in construction management
- Ability to work with numerous subcontractors and vendors effeciently
